Hi @infiniteloop ,
If you have access to workflows, then you can create a workflow around the form submission.

Hope this helps!

Hi there, since it sounds like you’re using the conversation inbox to capture the information from the inquiry, a common workaround is to use the inbox’s native settings to auto create ticket for new messages to the inbox. Then, you can have a workflow that looks at that Ticket pipeline and essentially copies all information from the crested ticket over to a Deal. This is a current limitation of the conversation inbox settings where it only allows you to create a ticket, so this workaround will allow you to them create a Deal from the Ticket.

Howdy, since it seems as though you're utilizing the discussion inbox to catch the data from the request, a typical workaround is to utilize the inbox's local settings to auto make ticket for new messages to the inbox. Then, at that point, you can have a work process that ganders at that Ticket pipeline and basically duplicates all data from the peaked ticket over to a Deal. This is a current limit of the discussion inbox settings where it just permits you to make a ticket, so this workaround will permit you to them make a Deal from the Ticket.
