How to create an Active list & Workflow to send Birthday Emails to Members

Hello,

I hope someone can assist me with this. I'm trying to create an Active List to send Birthday Emails in HubSpot, but I'm having difficulty retrieving members' birthdays. HubSpot appears to only consider the current year (2024), meaning that no members will populate in the active list since they weren't born in 2024. If anyone can provide steps and pictures to help me work around this issue, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you!

No need for an assisting list, you can do this directly in workflows 🙂

Will the workflow also be able to remove non-existing members and add new ones?

@oaguirre9 that depends on how you document member status, but generally yes, via the workflow enrolment criteria.
