We have a chatbot on our website and have started utilising the meetings links, so we have added this to our chatbot.
We're trying to create some slack alerts when chats get to a certain point and don't convert
EG contact doesn't 'end chat' (when the contact ends the chat a ticket is created alerting us) and views the meetings link without booking a meeting. Below is what I have so far but it isn't working for the above scenario

Are you able to provide an expected or example customer journey from chat start to end and a brief description of exactly what the workflow will do? It sounds like create a ticket if a contact ends a chat without booking a meeting. Is that right?
It might also be helpful if you share some of your chatflow actions. I'm wondering if you might need to use a conversation based workflow depending on the actions that occur in the chatflow.
