How to collaborate directly in HubSpot

I'm a big fan of HubSpot. But I was tired of sending screenshots and links explaining where certain things were, whether it was to share info or train a new teammate. 

Cord is a Chrome extension that adds the ability to chat, annotate, and mention team members inside HubSpot. Every time someone is mentioned, they'll get a notification in Slack to join the conversation.
