Here is the list of properties I look at when doing a Duplicate review:

  • Where did they come from? 
    • Original Source
    • Original source drill-down 1
    • Original source drill-down 2
  • When did they get into the CRM? 
    • Create date
  • What marketing materials have they interacted with? 
    • Time last seen
    • Last marketing email send date
    • Last marketing email open date
    • Recent conversion date
  • How far have they gotten on their journey with us? 
    • Lifecycle Stage
    • Number of Associated Deals
    • Recent sales email open date
