Here is a short video walking you through the quickest way to clean up your CRM.

I've included the fastest way to clean up duplicates that have been caused by contact imports without email addresses. 

This covers:

• Bounced contacts (local & global bounced)
• Duplicates
• Ghost contacts
• Unengaged contacts
