How to automate a property to an incoming mail to a team mailbox

Hey all,

how can i automate a property to a team mailbox. 

 

I have a custom property called Source of contact, which allows me to allocate lead generation a little more specific to our sources.

 

Our case: We have a team email "sales@..." which runs into the inbox. Is there any possibility to automate the property "Source of contact=sales_email_inbound", when the lead comes over this email adress?

Hi @JViohl,

 

Yes, this can be achieved with a conversations-based workflow. (When creating a workflow, make sure to scroll down the left sidebar until you see the workflow type for conversations.)

 

You can then enroll conversations based on their inbox and set a contact property value as the first and only action of that workflow:
