How to add a calendly link to a hubspot follow up email

Hello community

I would like to know how to add a calendly link to a hubspot follow up email.

Here is the context:

When prospects visit my website, they will have the option of subscribing to my newsletter.  I have already set up this form in Hubspot. Once they hit submit, they will receive the automated confirmation email thanking them for subscribing. In that email, I would like to add some text that says "if you are interested in connecting, let’s schedule a time to chat. If you would like to book a call, please click HERE"

I would like the "HERE" to take them to my calendly page so that they can schedule a meeting.

I would appreciate know how to set this up.

Hi @Maadiah 

In HubSpot you can create a Follow Up Email from the form submission.

If you edit your Subscription Form you will see a "tab" (at the top) called "Follow-up".

Here you can set up the email and add a link to your Calendly.

Out of curiousity, have you tried HubSpot's Meeting Links?
