I’m looking for some advice on how to best structure this in HubSpot.
Issue:
Right now, our Fees property is a text field, and it’s causing several issues such as blanks or incorrect manual entries.
Context:
Each course has its own fee, and the amount changes every year. On top of that, there’s a bursary discount that varies depending on region or circumstance (e.g., 10%, 20%, etc.).
Goal:
We’d like to get to a place where:
Each course has its own set fee.
A bursary % can be applied automatically to calculate the final fee.
Has anyone implemented something similar in HubSpot? Would this be best handled through custom properties and calculated fields, or would a custom object for “Courses” be more suitable given that prices change yearly?
Any advice or examples of how others have structured this would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @RVyas9, thanks for getting back to me! We don't currently use the product library but I will definetly take a look and see how it can fit with what I want to achieve.
