Hey @omeratas, thanks for reaching out!
Assigning contacts to HubSpot users randomly is possible, but it requires a HubSpot Sales Hub Professional or Service Hub Professional account, you need to build a workflow, and all of the reps that you'd like to assign leads to must have a paid Professional seat.
Here is the HubSpot Knowledge Base article on using the "rotate record to owner" workflow action (see the "Rotate records between multiple owners (Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise only)" section at the very end).
You basically just need to create a workflow, determine the enrollment criteria (i.e., contact is unknown, contact submits form), and then add the "rotate record to owner" workflow steup with the respective reps selected.
If you don't have Sales or Service Hub Professional, random contact assignment, unfortunately, is not available to you.
