So my assistant reaches out via cold emai, warm email, phone, and linkedin. When she gets a "yes I'm interested", she books the zoom meeting for me. But in Hubspot right now, when she books me for a meeting using the Hubspot calender, it lists her as the organizer and she is in the meeting attendees in the Zoom, although she does not attend the meetings. It is confusing ppl b/c they expect to meet with her b/c her name is on the meeting invite in calenders. How does everyone else do this? ie: How can an assistant book a meeting for someone, using Hubspot and contacts that are in Hubspot, but not have themselves in the list of attendees?
