How does "Most Used Properties" in Advanced Filter Populate

My users routinely search on a handful of properties in Deals.  My "Most Used Properties" now includes the ones I frequently search on.  Is there a way I can instruct users to manually add a property to their "Most Used Properties"?  Or does this only autopopulate based on your filtering history?

Hey @TFerraro no it's not possible to manually add most used properties. It's just a user level group of *your* most used properties for search.

Hey @TFerraro no it's not possible to manually add most used properties. It's just a user level group of *your* most used properties for search.

When the users search the same property most of the time it auto-populates based on their filtering history Check here :
