I'm not impressed with the standard of customer service at all. How do I contact the support desk? I have tried the help pages but they send me around in loops! Then I tried to call and no one responded. Please help!
To contact the support desk, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the bottom right of most pages in your HubSpot account.
2. Click on Help.
3. In the right panel, click on Contact Support.
4. Choose the support channel that you prefer, such as web chat.

To get direct support from HubSpot, your options depend on your account type:
Free Tools Users & View-only Seats: Your primary support channel is the HubSpot Community.
Starter Accounts: You can reach support via the Community, email, and chat.
Professional & Enterprise Accounts: These tiers get the most comprehensive support, with access to the Community, email, chat, and phone support.
To access these direct support options, you'll generally need to log into your HubSpot account. From there, you can request a call, initiate a chat, or send an email. If you prefer to call directly, their number is 1-888-HUBSPOT x3 (1-888-482-7768 x3).

What's the easiest way to get to live chat support and live phone support (for urgent issues), and even email support (for non-urgent issues)?
The one thing I liked about HubSpot was pretty good and responsive support, especially for the cost. HS is sooo huge and complex and cumbersome, having good and responsive support is a necessity. But if HS is trying or testing 'hiding' support, that **bleep**. Don't do that.
What's the best current process for getting good and responsive support now?
I had the same question and I was able to finally figure out how to access the chat. This is what they shared with me: You can access Support by logging into your account, via a “?” icon in the upper right of your navigation. You will find the option to open a support ticket or chat with technical support - VISUAL GUIDE.

There is no "Help" options in the bottom right corner of my screen. This isn't the first time I've had issues loading content after accessing my account.
