How do I change the billing contact to my accounting department?
Hi, I am trying to make the accounting@ company email the billing contact instead of mine.
I created a view only profile for the accounting team, but they said they didnt have access to the billing info. So i upgraded them to a sales / service (my only 2 subscriptions) but they still dont have access to it. What am I doing wrong?

Great question. In order for a user to access your Account & Billing settings, you will need to grant them Modify billing and change name on contract under Account Access permissions. This Knowledge Base article walks you through the different user permissions and this one shows you how to modify them for users.
