How can you link products to tickets without having a products linked to a deal yet.

Hello all

We want to follow up our warrantee in hubspot but only started a few years ago in hubspot so not all of our deals are in hubspot, but our products are though.

So how can I link a ticket to a product ?

I don't find any relation nor possibility to use association labels between these two objects which is very strange in a relational data environment.

Here are a few workarounds you can try. You can create a custom property for tickets to store product details and manually update this property for each ticket. If you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription, using workflows to automate this process can save time. Alternatively, if you have access to custom objects, you can create a custom object for products and associate these directly with tickets. For more advanced needs, using HubSpot's API to create custom associations between products and tickets is another option.
