How can I filter or report the emails with reply from customer but no reply from sales rep?

Hello, I noticed that some customers emails are without reply, and I want to find such contacts and filter them by time period, e.g. to see how many contacts haven't received the reply in April.

Hey @val_spot_on,

it depends a bit on what kind of emails these are (connected Team Inbox as a Conversation channel, or connected private inboxes etc.).

Depending on this, you could look into "Activity" and/or "Conversation" properties (when creating a list). There you have options to filter on "E-Mail Direction" (incoming/outgoing), or "First Agent respond date" and other ones that could be useful for you.
This is a quick example. I have not tested it, but it might give you an idea of some of the options:
