There are so many channels to keep up with for HubSpot updates that it's nearly impossible. I rely heavily on our PDM to distill it down into meaningful applications for us and our clients. I also follow Kyle Jepson on LinkedIn and his HUG. I do find the list of Betas helpful and the "impact" scores attached to each update.
My favorite sources are the Developer Changelog, community posts from the DevRel team, and Linkedin. The fact that you can interact with these is a nice touch.
For me, the "hubspot.com/new" feels a bit too generic / not granular enough and in some aspects somwhat out-of-date compared to other channels.

At MarkeStac, we keep an eye on new updates directly through the HubSpot application. We also make sure our team is informed about any major or unique updates that could impact our work process or our clients’ workflows. It helps us stay ahead and adapt quickly to changes.
In terms of channels, in-app notifications and community discussions are the most valuable for us. We also appreciate updates through the Releases & Updates blog and HubSpot webinars when we need a deeper dive.

It was a challenge for a while. Late 2023 I dedicated myself to checking Product Updates at least on a weekly basis so it was managable. I try and think along with the Product Teams to see why and how they're prioritizing some features and not others.

What a big question. I love seeing how others keep up, because it's a LOT. As fst as HubSpot changes, it can be quite difficult to keep up and not feel left behind.
For me, it starts with using the tool everyday and trying to find what's new and what's moved. Then I follow D'Ana & Kyle with the HubSpot Admin HUG on LinkedIn. Plus my LI feed is FULL of HubSpot folks sharing what they just discovered, so I try to keep up there.
I also get emails from my various HubSpot channels - Partner, HCT, Community. That helps. And at Impulse Creative we try to inform each other in our Slack channel #hubspot_updates.
More specifically:
1. How do you find out about new features? [All above, plus Product Updates and Betas I'm opted into.] 2. What makes certain channels more valuable to you than others? [Ease of understanding. I love Kyle's updates on LinkedIn. Plus some folks who share GIFs of the update vs. a 10-minute tutorial.] 3. Have you experienced any challenges in staying up-to-date with our releases? [It's all challenging. Stuff seems to change so fast, and with more Hubs (read: silos) it can be daunting.] 4. Are there specific types of updates you find particularly important to know about right away? [The one that's most relevant in the moment, honestly. Work life moves so fast, it's hard to know what I need to know before I need to know it. Carving out "Update learning time" just like I carve out time for Community help and Academy time is probably wise.]

I find out about updates mainly from LinkedIn and the HubSpot Newsletter that comes round, and also colleagues seeing and sending me updates that they want in our portal from various sources. The only challenge I have is trying to stay on top of them all!
Hello, well i keep up with the news and updates, i follow many content creators on LinkedIn, every day i check the product updates, and i spend a lot of time in the community, also in case i miss it, i subscribe to the weekly mailing of top updates that are being most popular.

Our team have a knowledge sharing session forthnightly where we get to hear about the latest updates which is really useful to the team. I still use the updates in the portal as well as the community. It would be really useful to have a roadmap/timeline on releases on new features/updates which aren't shared on the Product Updates which we can easily find.
