How Do I Create a Reusable List of Existing Contacts (With Addresses) in HubSpot?

I’m trying to create a list of specific existing contacts so I can export their mailing addresses for holiday gifts. Is the right way to do this by creating a segment/list?

All of these contacts already exist in our HubSpot database, but I’m not finding an intuitive way to group them together for this purpose. When I go to the dropdown where Contacts/Companies/etc. are, I see “Segments (Lists)”—but is there an easier or more straightforward way to add existing contacts to a list that I can reuse for things like holiday gift mailings?

In short: How do I easily generate a list of selected contacts (with their addresses) from our existing CRM data?

Segments (previously called lists) are a good tool to use for this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/segments/create-active-or-static-lists

You can either filter for something that all records have in common or place records manually on a static segment: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/segments/add-or-remove-contacts-from-a-list
