HotJar recording

resolver

I am using HotJar for recording visitors' behavior on the webpage. It is working perfectly, but I have one problem. On certain pages, it does not record embedded forms (HubSpot) on the page. I really need to see where visitors' behavior on the forms and where they are dropping from the form.

Hi, can you clarify how you embedded those forms?

If they are embedded trough an iFrame, Hotjar does not support that. Read this article for more info.

Long story short, it only tracks the page that has the tracking code. As an iframe is essentially loading a different page inside (child) an other (parent), it wont track the embedded page (child in this case).

Hi,

I didn’t use the iFrame method — I embedded it into the website using the copy-paste code instead.
