Help with branched workflow

SOLVE

I'm looking to build deal automation; I have a feeling it's going to need to include branches, delays and maybe others, but I'm unsure of the best way to do so.

If an associated contact with the deal clicks X 5 times (this is already linked with my hubspot, properties etc already exist), this deal needs to be move to next stage. If they don't click X 5 times, they need to be sent to another workflow.

Any advice on the best way to do this would be much appreciated.

Hi @GPinder,

You're correct, this could be solved with a branch, specifically an and/or branch. Add the branch, click 'Add filter', then change the 'Filtering on' dropdown from 'Deal (Current Object)' to contacts. Then, search for the property that stores the information about the 5 clicks.

If you're getting stuck at any point, let me know where exactly.
