Hard bounced and Unsubscribed lists

Hi there, 

If I delete bounced and unsubscribed contacts permanently and then upload new lists that might include previously bounced contacts, without being able to identify them due to bulk lists, they could bounce again, harming our email health. How can we prevent this from happening?

Hi @AMukhamet 

HubSpot won't send to hard bounced or unsubscribed contacts again anyway, in order to avoid deliverability issues (and for compliance reasons).

 Hi @AMukhamet! Before you delete those bounced and unsubscribed contacts, export them into a spreadsheet (the only data you need is email address), then import them back into HubSpot as an opt-out list. 

This will prevent the bounced/unsubbed contacts from impacting your email performance, and if you choose to delete them, they won't be readded to your portal!
