I am new to Hubspot and I do not know where to start. 

1. How do you use Hubspot? The instructions are confusing. 

2. Does Hubspot generate leads for me or do I have to find & add my own leads? 

3. To set up my Hubspot account, do I have to create another website? I currently have my own website.

Generally, HubSpot does not create leads for you. It's a tool to make your marketing, sales and customer service easier.

You don't have to set up another website, you can install the HubSpot tracking code on your existing website: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/install-the-hubspot-tracking-code

Welcome to the HubSpot world (and Community) @PWilliams6! I support what @karstenkoehler said for sure. Each user has had their own path, and I'll share a little of my perspective due to my journey. 

HubSpot Academy is a great place to go. Courses like Marketing Software, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Inbound, and Contextual Marketing are a few of my favorites for beginners. 

As Karsten said, HubSpot doesn't generate leads as much as the tool and inbound strategy empowers you to create great marketing that generates interest and demand. It's like getting a really great tool box and expecting that to build your house. It doesn't work that way. You have to do the work. 😊

The good news is that you're in a great place to learn from others who came before you. Ask questions, chat with folks, and have fun building your businesses!
