Get a list of products for deals in a view

Résolue

Hi,

Is there a way to show a list of products related to all deals in a view?

So if I have a view that shows all deals that are in the state processing, can I creata a view listing all the products in that are related to those deals.

Regards,

John

Hi @JWilkinson4,

This can be achieved (see below) but requires the custom report builder and a Professional subscription. The approach here would be to create a custom report for deals and line items.

For the free CRM, I'm not aware of any workarounds, unfortunately.

Hi @JWilkinson4,

Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Custom report builder and select Deals and Line items as shown in my earlier screenshot.

I would then select the line item Name and Deal Name into the rows section (hover over it and click the + sign).

You can then select the pivot table visualization, it should look like this:

Now search for Deal stage in the left sidebar, hover over it and click the slider icon. It should then appear in the Filters tab, where you can click on it and specify a deal stage;

On the right, you should now see a two-column visualization, deals in the first column, line items per deal in the second column, only showing deals from your desired deal stage.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
