Hi @danmoyle ! So I would say the major difference is that "viral" influencers probably are represnted by an agency and micro are less likely to be represented by one.
And the obvious ... viral influencers will cost more because of their engagement.
BUT micro influencers are usually micro because they are so niche so if you product is unique and the ICP is a smaller pool.. go with micro because it will be exactly to the audience you are looking to attract.

I've seen it said that micro-influencers, those within the community you're trying to reach, are often much more effective and cost-effective. What you say would then make sense in that for sure.
