Form submission not showing in Contact page

Hello,

we noticed that some newly converted contacts from form submission do show the form on their record page. But if we go to the form submission page, we see the submission.

Any idea what could be causing  this?

Hello @isabellepilon ,

If any contact have submitted form then we have 2 cases - 

1. Form is HubSpot form or Non-HubSpot form
2. If non-hubspot then is tracking code enabled on that page where form is got submitted.

And if both options are correctly setup then it should show in that contact activity area that form is submitted, can you share some screenshots with me so that I can havea better idea.
