There is unfortunately not, no. HubSpot forms don't have any search or filter option like that and it's not possible to see where a specific user is being referenced in forms.
You could try to reach out to HubSpot support. During a change in how notifications work (when the ability to email non-HubSpot users was removed), a csv file was sent to admins which contained forms that were sending notifications to non-HubSpot users. Maybe support can follow the same process to give you a csv of all forms which send notifications to that specific user.
If you're using less than 250 (ish) forms, you might however be faster just exporting all forms and going through them one by one which will probably take you an hour.
