We have properties in our companies that we want to soley filter, rather than just order alphabetically, then export separately. Is this something that can be done?

@JSamuel85 you can handle that as you like, most users have multiple tabs open for various saved filtered view: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views

So we have 'Aircraft type' as our property, and we want to filter a certain type of aircraft. If we click on the property it only lists the types in order and if we export, it will export the whole list which isn't what we need. If I create an advanced filter, will this give us the option to export just one list of the information we need?

Can you share a screenshot? Where exactly are you clicking on the property? What exactly are you exporting and where? Could you specify your example?

Are you saying that you would would want to export all records where "Aircraft type" is X? If so, you could follow these steps to filter (Advanced filters), then export: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views#filter-records-and-save-views

Hi, so we have 'Aircraft type' as the property in Companies - we want to filter each aircraft type, but there doesn't seem this option in advanced filter?

@JSamuel85 if you want to filter for all companies where any "Aircraft types" option is selected, then "Aircraft types is known" is correct. Just close the right sidebar and export.

We want to filter each aircraft type, for example, A320, B737Ng etc., so is this possible?

@JSamuel85 Yes, as I wrote in my previous reply: If you want to filter for all companies where any "Aircraft types" option is selected, then "Aircraft types is known" is correct. Just close the right sidebar and export.

Sorry, we want a filter that can separate each aircraft type that we have in that property, so if we want to find a company that has A320 aircraft we can then filter this and export just a list of those companies. Is this possible?

@JSamuel85 yes, in that case you would change "Aircraft type is known" to "Aircraft type is any of A320", then close the right sidebar, then export.

Thank you, so have I understood it correctly that you can onlly add these filters when you want them, otherwise you will always be in a filtered view?
