Hi @JLopes7, I can confirm that Files are not accessible via the Library menu in a free account.

I believe the logic here is that Free accounts don't include a "file manager" but rather you can add files via specific tools, like if you're building a website you can add photos via the module settings, but you wouldn't be able to bulk upload files, etc.

The workaround to that is to use the direct URL (and bookmark it in your browser):

https://app.hubspot.com/files/1234

replace 1234 with your hubspot portal ID, you'll find it in the URL from any of the other tools in the app.

Hope this helps get you where you need to be, I also recommend searching the Ideas to see if anyone else has requested this - you can upvote and add your feedback if so and if not, you can add an idea for the product team to consider.

you're welcome @JLopes7 and no worries at all, I agree that it should be easier to access and am not sure why they removed the link from the navigation, but I'm glad the workaround let you get to what you needed so you could get things reorganized!

Hi Jennifer,

thank you so much for your reply! this is a new change on the UI because I used to be able to go to the files folder until very recently... do you know a way to be able to delete uploaded photos I do not need anymore and are just taking space... I suppose there is  limited space for storing photos and i would like to free some of the space... thank you
