Field Property Values in a report

解決

Hubspot stores the Property Values for almost all the fields. For example Stage field in Deals, if we click on Details for Stage, we can see the various values the Stage field went through. However, we cannot get these values into a report.

The business case in this instance is for us to view the various stages the Deal went through before reaching say Closed Lost. This way the business can understand after which stage the Deals are being lost.

Hi @Anonymous,

There is a specific report type for this which visualizes exactly what you're looking for - at which deal stage deals are lost / how many progress to the next stage:

Alternatively, there's a legacy version of this report type: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-funnel-reports

Let me know if you have any follow up questions!
