Failed Payment

SOLVE

Hi,

Does anyone know how to set up a workflow in HubSpot to notify us every time the payment has failed? It only notifies me once the payment fails. We want to be notified whenever the payment fails (2nd,3rd,4th...)

Hi @ALaguros,

 

Have you tried using a workflow with enrollment criteria with the status of failed and allowing for re-enrollment?
