We are on Service Hub Professional, and we want to set up a simple automated acknowledgement email for clients who submit our external support form. From what I can see, it is not possible to do this natively in HubSpot without upgrading to Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise. Can you confirm that this is indeed the case? If so, this limitation is quite surprising — and challenging for our workflow — because we need all external submissions to trigger an immediate acknowledgement email. Our team had assumed this basic functionality would be included in Service Hub Pro.
