Explaining the Lead Object to sales team?
SOLVE
We're moving to using the Lead Object in the new year.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to explain it to the sales team. That after a Contact is made, they then need to create a Lead associated with that Contact and updates/activity are attached to the Lead object, not the Contact.
How are you explaining this to your sales team and how it is better for them?
