Expand Meeting Scheduler Hours For Just One Day?
SOLVE
Hello All,
SCENARIO:
I'm having a ONE DAY event where customers are allowed to pre-book phone calls with me well in advance, on their own, via a Meeting Scheduler link I'm sending them in an email.
QUESTION:
How to I set my Meeting Scheduler to allow for a one-day-only event where customers will see my available booking times late into the night - but only for that one specific day in the future - while leaving all other days, before and after, undisturbed, without effecting my normal Availability Window settings?
BACKGROUND:
I allow customers to book their own phone calls with me, well in advance, via the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler. I send them a link in an email.
Normally, these calls are scheduled during 9-5 ish working hours.
I want to have one day, just one day, a few months from now, that will allow customers to book phone calls with me late into the evening. This event will never repeat - it's just a one-day thing.
I use the Availability Window setting to manage my week. I have it set to always repeat and offer the same schedule of avails.
I just don't see a way to pick out a single day and treat it separately.
Thanks for any advice!

PS. I know I can ad multiple calendar links - one caledar could be specific date range - but I'm trying to avoid that if possible!
@HubNoob gotcha – with that requirement, it's even less of a noob question. Unfortunately, this is not something that HubSpot currently offers. You can't have different schedules on one and the same meeting link.
You'd have to create a separate link just for that one day, unfortunately.

Hah! Karsten - I was trying to quickly update my post to say that - you are too fast! I put in the PS. at the bottom. I'm looking for a one-link solution if it exists.
Thank you for that, though. Very appreciative of how fast you came back with it.

It's not an unfortunate thing - it still works fine. It could actually be a positive thing as people will have extra attention drawn from the extra link - perhaps a curiosity thing - I'll title it special. Not worried - I'll let the marketing folks analyze that! 😆
