I work closely with the Developer Relations team, who hosts a lot of events and meetups.
When meetups are in-person, the team has a very stiched process for tracking attendance, which ranges from paper notes of names to exporting a lead list, marking them, and then creating separate lists.
I'm looking for practices to make the check-in process easier for the team. The goal is to speed up how quickly we know who attended, in order to quickly respond with materials and next steps.
As part of our app event·hapily, we have a check in module that allows you to mark attendees as "attended" for events. You can choose the property on the custom object to look up associated "registrants" objects to the given event, and even choose what fields to show to the user.
It shows how to push registrations from EventBrite into Hubspot, but what about registrations that are coming into Hubspot forms that need to go into the EventBrite App?
Thanks JigarT, I appreciate the response. I'm hoping to do this a bit more "out of the box" instead of adding another tool at this time. I appreciate the reply and will certainly keep this in mind if other options don't pan out.
