There are a few time tracking apps which integrate with HubSpot, like PSOhub (time tracking), Clockify(picks up the name of ticket records), TMetric (timer button for HubSpot tasks) or Hourstack (also for tasks) which seem to work well with HubSpot. You would have to check whether these apps fulfill your exact requirements and allow you to see all employee activity by time.
If a HubSpot integration is not a must, I'd recommend Toggl.

If you're still searching for a HubSpot time tracking solution, you might like to consider StopWatch for HubSpot. Main advantages of this app is that it all your time tracking data is stored entirely within HubSpot. Please note, you'll need access to HubSpot Custom Objects in order to use it.
I hope this proves useful. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
All the best,
Zach

Just adding some insights in case you or someone else needs them.
If the time tracker does not need to be integrated into HubSpot or any project management app, then here are some options you can consider:
Clockify - Probably one of the most popular options on the list. There is a free version that you can try.
QuickBooks Time - If you're already on QuickBooks, it makes sense to try this option. It offers features like GPS tracking and geofencing.
Toggl Track - We've used this a few years ago, it was easy to use but I'm personally not up to date with their updates.
Harvest - Another popular item I've never used, but it has many positive reviews.
TimeCamp - If you need activity tracking and productivity monitoring features, then you can check this one out.
Hubstaff - A good mix of time tracking and employee monitoring features.
RescueTime - Another option that is often mentioned in similar lists, but its user interface is lacking.
Best regards,
Abraham Ernesto

Employee Time Tracking

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a reliable clock-in/clock-out system that also helps build better daily habits, I’d recommend going with a tool that goes beyond just tracking time. For many teams, the real value comes when time tracking is paired with effective management training for employees.
We recently introduced a system that not only allows simple punch-in/punch-out functionality but also integrates with tools that provide insights into how time is being spent. This has helped our team improve overall employee time managementtraining by identifying time drains, setting more realistic daily goals, and even encouraging breaks to avoid burnout.
Incorporating a lightweight tool along with some time management training (think: prioritizing tasks, reducing multitasking, and setting time blocks) really improved productivity for us. It's not just about keeping track of hours—it's about teaching time management skills for employees that stick long-term.
If you're setting this up, consider pairing the system with quick staff time management workshops or resources. Even short sessions can help your team take more ownership of their day.
