Embedding Hubspot reports into external Website

Is there a way to embed one of my HS reports to an external website?

I would like to share it with a different audience that doesn't have access to HS.

Hi @AdrianoGritti,

Unfortunately not, no, probably because of security reasons. With the reporting API, you could probably develop something, but there isn't any embedding feature at this stage.

+1 We'd primarily love to be able to embed a Hubspot report or dashboard into a tool like Coda for the wider team to quickly have access to critical data. Use case is team contact info - we keep it updated in the CRM but would like for easy access to this directly for the entire team without maintaining it in two places.

Separately, I'm sure there could be use cases going forward where it will be useful for us to generate shareable live dashboard reports during our wider team meetings and client meetings.

Given that Hubspot doesn't have the functionality, the workaround we use it to (1) export the data into a .csv or excel report, (2) upload that file to Hubspot files, then (3) add a link to text or an object that launches a download of the linked file.

Hi @AdrianoGritti ,

Currently this is not possible in HubSpot but you can try emailing the reports. Refer this article here.
This is the only way to share the reports externally as of now.
Or else you can upvote this ida here on community idea portal.
Product team review these ideas, and the ideas that gets more uovotes, they work on that.

Hi @AdrianoGritti,

This is not possible at this stage. Other users have requested this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community (Embed HubSpot Dashboard), but the product team is not currently planning on looking into this.

Currently, the only way to get this report information out of HubSpot is via email, export or the reporting API.
