@SGallagher5 what you have set up will trigger only once. I assume you want enrollment to repeat if new emails are coming in? If so, you would need the exact setup I shared. You could add additional filters for the deal pipeline to it.

Ok thanks, makes sense. Would you be able to share a screenshot of where to find 'recent sales remail replied date'? I am pretty new to hubspot so still working my way around workflows
@SGallagher5 this is under Contact properties, but limited to Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, if I recall correctly. Without one, I'm not aware of how to set this up, unfortunately.

@SGallagher5 I'm afraid that's now how this works. The email body is not stored in a contact property. This would require a custom coded workflow action, as far as I know.

@SGallagher5 I'm not the most familiar with Airtable – there could be additional integration settings. But from a workflow, without custom code, I don't see a way.
