Email Notifications for Tasks not coming through to email.

I am having some issues with tasks notifications - i would like to recieve an email when a task is due or overdue, I have ticked the boxes within settings too, and unfortunately I have yet to recieve an email task reminder - is there a fix? 

 

I've tried to put a reminder on a deal and that reminder didnt come through to my emails. I was seperetly working on a sequence, and had a task in the middle of the sequence nothing was sent across to my email. I do have access to the prospecting dashboard but i would prefer to get them emailed.

any input would be much appreciated. screenshot below for reference on settings:

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. 

 

- My personal email is linked successfully to hubspot,

- I've installed the chrome extension, 

- I've updated my notification settings to send me an email when e.g. I'm assigned a task. 

- I've checked my junk folder, the emails are not being delivered there. 

- I’ve been receiving other emails from noreply@hubspot email

 

The only step I wasn’t certain how to do was the “Allowlist Hubspot IP Addresses”. Before I dig into this, is there anything else that could be causing this issue?
