Editing line item properties in bulk

Hello, 

I'd like to find a way to be able to edit line items associated with deals "in bulk" just like we can edit deal properties in bulk from the deal view. anything that can prevent from entering every deal and then entering every single line item and editing there.

ANYBODY has tried that? 

I don't care what it takes 😅 an app, a developer, a crazy workflow... 

Please help 🙂

We do have sales enterprise license.

Appreciate it has been a year since you posted this. But yes.

I have just managed to use a field called complexity rating (%) update from a workflow, which then executes a Zapier workflow, that has a calculation in it... that then updates the price and the cost price by the % mark up...

It's a lot easier than it sounds once i figured it out! 😃 but it works, with the free Zapier too.

Here are some options to achive your goal.

1. Update the line items on all deals in a specific pipeline and change the line item name, for example, with a specific quantity, you can follow these steps:

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to Settings.
• On the left sidebar menu, click Objects, and then Deals.
• Click the Pipelines tab and select the specific pipeline you want to update.
• Use the Configure or Automate tabs to make your changes to the line items. You can add a new line item named 'BluonSearch license' and specify the desired quantity.
• Save your changes.
  
  Please note that this process will update the line items on all deals within the specific pipeline. If you have deals in other pipelines that you don't want to update, you may need to move those deals to a different pipeline using the steps mentioned earlier.

2. If you prefer to export and import to update the line items, you can export the deals, make the necessary changes to the line items in the exported file, and then import the updated file back into HubSpot. However, please keep in mind that the export and import process may require additional steps and data manipulation.

3. If your are looking to clear the line items of deals in bulk. I found that you are able to delete a group of line items in bulk (up to 100 per request) via API.  Here is the link to our different developers' documentation.
