Edit the name of "Branding Kit"?

Once you've named your Branding Kit in your HubSpot settings, can you edit the name? If you've spelled something wrong or called it the wrong brand, can you change it?

I reached out to Support (Harsh was empathetic and supportive) and found out that while we couldn't change the name of the Branding Kit, HubSpot could. So we got it changed. 

 

But it's not clear that once the Branding Kit is named, you can't change it. And when you have one, you can't add another... but you can't delete your primary to replace it... so that's a flaw. I'll add it to Ideas. 😊

Are you talking about the new Business Units add-on with the possibility to create brand kits? Does it work by following the steps of the article here? It does look like you can edit?

 

I don't have that in my portal, I'd recommend reaching out to technical support if you're still having an issue.

Thanks @TiphaineCuisset. Not business units, no. The brand kit used to just be the brand colors and logo & such. It's now a full Brand Kit. It's in a Marketing Professional portal. I know we can delete it and create a new one, but I want to just rename it. The person who created it for this particular client named it the wrong brand.

Yes, so you can modify the Brand kit colours, Logos and everything here: https://app.hubspot.com/settings/3074142/account-defaults/branding/brand-kit/1485240/logo

@webdew Appreciate the reply. 😊 I understand that's where everything lives, but I don't see anywhere that you can change the name of the Branding Kit once it's set. So if I wanted it to be My Brand XYZ but instead named it Your Brand ABC, hwo can I change that name?

Apologies for the late response here @danmoyle I was OOO - I'm glad you were able to get it sorted with HubSpot technical support, and I can indeed see how it could be beneficial to be able to change it from the user's side, so an Idea is a good next step!
