Dynamically hide standard section in a quote

We have the standard section: Comments to buyer in a quote:

If we are not entering any comments, I would like this to be dynamically hidden, is it possible?

Sadly I don't believe there is a way to hide this section when empty. I instead wrote a generalised "excited to work on this" snippet to place in there quickly & easily.
