Drop Down Properties

Good Day,

I have a question regarding the drop down select option in properties. I have a drop down property that I have at the company level for all my customers. I manually created the options in that drop down selection, however as I work through our process, I realize I need to add more options manually. Is it possible for HubSpot to automatically add new items to my drop down menu if I label a contractor a certain way? Not sure if this makes sense, but providing an example below.

Example: I supply beer to my customers and my customer is a Pizzeria. I have a drop down menu of diffeent types of beer vendors I supply for that Pizzeria(name of this property is Beers Offered). I now have a new beer vendor available called "BlueSky Hops". When I add BlueSky to HubSpot as a contractor and label it "beer vendor" can HubSpot automaticcally create this vendor as a drop down option for my Pizzeria customer under the "Beers Offered" property?

Hi @04509,

No, this is currently not possible out of the box and would require working with the HubSpot API and the help of a developer. There aren't any default settings or options in the HubSpot user interface that would enable such behavior.
