Does anyone here use phone.com as their phone system?
Hi all - we use phone.com as our primary VOIP phone system. One of the options on our IVR is to contact our customer support team. We would love to tie inbound calls to HubSpot Service to automatically open a ticket, create a record, pull customer information ... really, anything!
Curious if anyone else he has experience with phone.com and HubSpot working together?

Thanks so much for sending this. I did look at this page on Zapier’s site. What I’m not clear on is logistically how this works. For example, if a call rings a specific extension and I set it to create a ticket, does it pop that ticket up for the person answering the call, or is it made in the background?
