I'd like to publish a library of technical documents into a landing page, either as a listing or as a grid. All of the documents are PDF's or technical data.
I'd prefer to not have to upload them all one-by-one.
Could I put them into the Sales Module Document Library, in folders, and then publish the folders onto a web page?
And if we can put it behind a SIGN UP FOR ACCESS - that'd be awesome
Hi @Isherwood! The Sales Module is not where you'd want those documents if you want the public to access them...after your sign up gate. You'll want to organize all the files in the Marketing, File Manager. You should be able to make a folder or set of folders (if you wish) and drag-n-drop the whole lot into the folder(s). It isn't a "one at a time" task to get them uploaded.
What might be a "one at a time" task is copying all the URLs of each document and then adding it to a webpage. There's also this article about using a HubDB to help build the page you might want to check out: Build dynamic pages using HubDB (hubspot.com)
Ultimately, I would have a webpage with a form on it to act as a Gate. Upon submission of the form, you can set it up to immediately take the viewer to a 2nd webpage that houses all the links to the content. On the 2nd page you could use things like accordions or tables to organize and display the content as you see fit.
I'm guessing you have a lot of content and there's going to be some tedium within this task. But once you get through it, I think you'll have a handy resource for your viewers.

Use a document management tool or CMS plugin to create a user-friendly document library on a landing page. Group files into folders for easy navigation. Consider implementing a "Sign Up for Access" feature to control document availability. Design an engaging landing page to showcase the library's value. Ensure compatibility and accessibility for a seamless user experience.
