Disabling Hubspot payments for resellers in our account

Hi there,

 

We're adding external resellers in our HubSpot account with very limited permissions. We've created a dummy account with the same set of permissions and looked all over HubSpot to check what they can and cannot see, however they seem to be able to enroll for Hubspot payments in the Commerce section. Is there any way that we can disable this for them? Or else, what would happen if they proceed the enrollment? Our concern is that this would lead to any possible awkward situation as setting up payment account and collecting money using the name of our company. Could you please inform us as to what could happen if they are to proceed?

It looks like you are looking at an already created permission set. If you create a new permission you should be able to set the payment permissions.

Have you got both of the Payment permissions turned off?

Hi @MDoyduk ,

 

Yes, you can do this by editing particular users' permissions or more simply by creating a permission set for a group of users.

 

When creating the permission set, you can find the Payment permissions under Sales.

Hi Louise,

 

When I turn off the payment related permission settings, the user can still enroll to hubspot payments after clicking on the Enroll Now button on the Commence page.

 

What will they end up with if they proceed? Could you please read my concern again in the first post I sent here?
