Disable chat transcript for one customer


one of our customers doesn't like the chat transcripts sent to them, is there a setting that we can enable to stop sending chat transcripts only for them?

Currently, the option for sending chat transcript is either "enable" or "disable", and we cannot set it so that only certain contacts will receive it. 


While the feature it self is not available, I can see how such a feature would be convenient and would provide better customer experience. For this, may I suggest you to post your idea in our Ideas ForumOur product team is constantly on the lookout here for users' feedback and ideas on ways in which they could possibly improve the functionality of our tools. When considering this idea as a new feature for future updates on the tool, we will based off from this platform.
