But how do we disable it altogether? We dont want our support inbox getting these email notifications

Hi @RKumar29,

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Every user who has been given access to a Conversations Inbox will have their own individual user notification preferences related to these "New unassigned email conversation" notifications.

These notifications are controlled by each individual user's notification settings.

 

To disable this notification, please have the affected users go to Account Settings > Notifications > Email/Desktop section, find the "Chat and email conversations" section, and disable these notifications under "New Unassigned".
