Differenciate a member from a contact on company level and in contact list

Hi! I work for a company who sells memberships, and have 1-6 members per company subscribing, and besides these members they have all contacts rattached to each member company but not considered as members.
How to make this differenciation in hubspot, to see who is a member and who is only a contact,
2nd question: How to automatize the maximum member to be added according to a loyalty level of the membership? 4 levels are limited to 1 member, and 2 levels can go up to 6 members.

You can create custom properties for the contact object to indicate membership status..
Also to help automating member additions based on loyalty levels, you could look into using workflows triggered by changes in the membership level property.....you would have to set up conditions within these workflows to limit the number of members added according to their respective loyalty tiers.

I have another question, many companies have been transfered from another crm syste used previously by the company, but the transfer hasnt been done properly for all, one field in the insights is not filled, is there a way to upload from an excel sheet, or another way instead of opening the company account and fill it manually?
