I travel a lot, and where possible try to take an ipad with keyboard rather than a more cumbersome laptop.
However there is no way to access HubSpot in full on a tablet, the force desktop is always overriden and you get some poor hybrid of the app and desktop.
The app does not have capabilities such as editing workflows within it.
If anyone has any known work arounds, I would LOVE to hear them.
