Some how our Zoom integration triggered the creation of hundres of meetings for a recurring meeting in HubSpot through 2032. How can I clean this up without deleting them one at a time. Also any ideas why this would happen with Zoom?
As of 2023, there was no solution to this query – aside from working with the HubSpot API –, correct.
As of April this year, meetings can be deleted in bulk from the meetings index page. This is a public beta which you can find under Settings > Product updates > All > Meetings index page and custom meeting properties.
A centralized location to access and manage all meetings in HubSpot with support for custom properties to enhance reporting capabilities.
Why does it matter?
Access all meetings in a single location (booked through scheduling pages, scheduled via CRM, or synced from external calendars)
Create custom meeting properties for more flexible and detailed reporting
Edit meeting outcomes directly from the index page
How does it work?
Navigate to CRM > Contacts
Use the drop-down list on the top left of your screen to switch to the Meetings object
Once selected, the page will display all meetings in your HubSpot portal
Use filters and edit columns to customize the view according to your needs
To add custom meeting properties:
Click edit columns at the top right of your screen
Locate the link to create a property at the bottom of the modal
Select the appropriate field type (e.g., single-line text, date picker)
New properties will appear in Settings > Data management > Properties (select Meetings as the object)
Currently, these custom properties can be manually updated on the meetings index page. Additional methods for updating properties will be added in future iterations.
Who gets it?
This feature is available for all HubSpot hubs and tiers.

Why is this solution marked as solved? It provided wrong asnwer, there is no such thing as "Meetings Dashboard". And why is there no way to report innacurate answers? The only reporting possible is "Innapropraite content".
You can delete a large number of meetings at once in HubSpot, you can use the bulk delete functionality. Here's how to do it:
Go to your HubSpot Meetings dashboard and click on the "Meetings" tab.
Click the checkbox next to each meeting you want to delete.
Click the "Actions" button at the top of the page and select "Delete selected."
Confirm that you want to delete the meetings.
If you have hundreds of meetings to delete, you may want to filter the meetings by date or some other criteria to make it easier to select the ones you want to delete.
As for why this happened with Zoom integration, it's difficult to say without more information. It could be a bug or an issue with the way the integration is set up. I would recommend contacting Zoom support to get more information and assistance with resolving the issue.
Apparently there is no way of doing this. I just chatted with support and they're going to see if they can delete from the back end. Let's see what they say.
I have the same problem. But I've looked everywhere and can't find a "meeting dashboard" that lets me actually select one or more meetings and then delete them. Can you link to it or tell me the menu path?
I have the same issue. The only "meetings" list I see are meeting "types", not actual meetings that show up in reporting that are the ones that need to be removed.
